Documents for bidders

If you decided to take part in the rental auction,

you will need:

1. to pay the deposit before the end date of application period via a company account.
   • Bank details for a deposit payment
   In the bank invoice for a deposit payment you need to state the following: “A deposit to take part in an auction on (date), lot # (the actual number) for the property at (address), exempt from the VAT. The address of location (legal address of a payer)”.
2. request from the bank originals and copies of the documents certifying the deposit payment.
   A bank invoice with a bank stamp certifying the deposit payment is provided together with other required documents. All documents are only accepted if the deposit is paid.
3. send a request to take part in auction, along with all the documents required to participate in an auction and to subsequently enter into an agreement:

   • Card with primary information
