Our online catalogue allows to quickly browse the entire housing reserve of the GlavUpDK, available for rent. The catalogue contains a detailed description of every property, including not only flats or offices but also the buildings in which they are located. Each description also provides information about surrounding infrastructure.

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR VIEWING

Upon receiving your appointment request our manager will prepare and email you a viewing order with all required information. You will need to contact the managing company of the property and arrange a convenient time for the viewing when you will be able to personally ascertain that the property in question fully satisfies your requirements.

If you decide to go ahead and rent this property, you will need to inform our manager who will then communicate to you the date of auction for your selected property.

While making your decision, we recommend that you discuss with the manager such aspects of your future tenancy as parking, telephone, Internet, and a satellite TV services. These services are provided for tenants by the respective departments of the GlavUpDK and their costs are not included in the rental price (for detail, please refer to Additional Services section).

ACCOMMODATION AUCTION

For this, you need to provide a special request, a certificate of deposit payment and several other documents (for detail, please see Documents for taking part in an auction section).

To consult about the preparation for the auction, you may call +7 (495) 770-35-36, +7 (495) 695-03-60 or +7 (495) 770-35-35. You will receive information about the auction rules and the amount of deposit. It is important that the deposit is paid before the end of application period. Applications for an auction are submitted to the GlavUpDK at the following address: Moscow, 20, Prechistenka St, Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm.

You have the right to withdraw from the auction at any time before the date and hour when consideration of applications commences. If several applicants are looking to rent the same accommodation, you will be informed about the necessity to take part in auction. If you are a sole applicant, your rental agreement will be done at a start (minimal) rate. A prospective tenant who wins the auction must enter into an agreement no later than 30 days (but no earlier than 10 days) after the date when the auction was held.
